When you are working with your heart - you are not anywhere else, like your head or your ego, so isn't it easy to stay in your heart ~ it will help you Love yourself more, love all people and honour their decisions. Also you will be in the perfect place to love everything you are connected with, Like Earth, trees, plants & nature plus all animals & the oceans, sea creatures & even sea snails. You will learn to Love all countries & all people, so you eventually Love everything on Earth & This feeling will help you transcend dimensions, as you are one with all people, animals & things.

You will find yourself clearer & much more friendly & people will notice a new you & this helps you live longer, because you love your body, Soul & Spirit.
